Established in 2006 as Kanzuliman Islamic Library in Bareilly Shareef, the institution operates under Kanzuliman Foundation, a non-political and non-profit Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882. The Foundation is renowned as one of the esteemed knowledge and publication centers, with its head office located in Bareilly Shareef. Since its inception in 2006, the institution has been dedicated to serving the community through its literary and social services. With a focus on promoting Sunni Sufi ideas, particularly the literary works of Imam Ahlesunnat Aalahazrat Shaykh Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Alayhir Rehma, the institution was established under the blessed patronage of Mazhar-e-Mufti Aazam-e-Hind Hazrat Sadrululama Mufti Tehseen Raza Khan Alyhir Rehma.
